SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are usually shipped within 9 days of receipt.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If the product arrives damaged and does not meet your expectations, we will replace or refund the product cost, provided you contact Inner J Customer Support at orders@inner-j.com within 2 days of receipt of your order and you have complied with any return of unused product that we have asked of you.

We are not responsible for: deliveries damaged from shipping; incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses; nor recipients not being at the delivery address to receive delivery.

Please note that once an order has been received and processed, we do not allow you to change or cancel your order.

PRICING POLICY

Prices may be subject to change without notice. If a price has changed that is in conflict with a price you have paid you may be entitled to a refund if the goods are returned in saleable condition.
